Maintenance is taken very seriously at Chartcombe.

We have a Maintenance Schedule programmed up until 2022/3.

This covers every conceivable eventuality and allows us to plan all maintenance requirements and also plan the financial costing into our annual budget forecasts.

We also keep meticulous records of electric and water meter readings. These can then be studied and analysed to ascertain monthly usage and possible savings.

Electricity meter readings have been taken on a regular basis since February 2014

Water meter readings are also read regularly since 2013.

The maintenance schedule is programmed up to 2022/2023. This is shown on the Maintenance Schedule page.
