We take our safety and security extremely seriously. To that end we have electronic gates and a high quality CCTV system, in addition to our on site staff.

There are two underground car parks and each apartment is allocated their own parking space, with extra parking spaces for visitors.

The development boasts a superb Atrium, four stories high with a glass roof. The Atrium hosts morning coffee, afternoon teas, social events and meetings. The balconies on all floors are planted with real plants and there is also a well-stocked library with seating areas to enjoy reading on a sunny day. The development has its own hairdressing salon and two fully serviced guest suites for visitors to stay in at a nominal charge.

The beautiful grounds are extensively maintained and provide a lovely area to walk in, with views over Poole Bay and Brownsea Island.

Each apartment has the benefit of the Appello monitoring system for the peace of mind of Residents and relatives alike.

Our on site manager deals with all the day to day issues of the development and ensures that Residents are fully informed on all matters relating to the property.
